Eight hours at a desk builds a very specific knot. Forward head position, a laptop that sits too low, and a commute that adds another hour of the same posture β the tension settles across the upper back and the base of the neck, and a weekend off does not undo it. Targeted massage works on the muscles that are actually holding, rather than giving everything a general rub.

How Long Should Your Massage Be?
The difference between 60 and 90 minutes is not thirty more minutes of the same thing — it changes what can actually be covered.
60 Minutes
One or two focus areas done properly β usually neck, shoulders and upper back. The realistic after-work option when you finish at six and still want your evening.
90 Minutes
Full body with real time left over for the areas that need it. This is the one most people settle on once they have tried both β 60 minutes for a full-body request always leaves something rushed.
120 Minutes
Full body, unhurried, with the deepest release. Worth it if you have been carrying tension for months or you are treating this as a proper monthly reset rather than a quick fix.
Gua Sha
The traditional technique behind the social-media trend. Added to a massage for tight shoulders and upper back, or used on the face. We will tell you honestly whether it suits you.

Try the Pressure Before You Commit
Massage is personal — too light and nothing shifts, too firm and you tense up against it. Use the free trial to find out how we work before you spend anything.
Massage Questions, Answered
What people ask before their first session.
If you have one specific complaint β usually neck and shoulders β 60 minutes at RM78 covers it well. If you want full body, book 90 minutes at RM108, because a full-body request squeezed into an hour always leaves something rushed. Most regulars end up on 90 once they have tried both.
It should not be. Firm pressure on a tight muscle can feel intense in a way that is satisfying rather than painful, but if you are holding your breath or tensing against it, the pressure is too much and it stops being useful. Tell us at any point and we will adjust β you are not being difficult, you are helping us do the job properly.
It is the most common reason people come to us. Desk work builds tension in a predictable pattern across the upper back and the base of the neck, and targeted work on those muscles usually brings noticeable relief. It helps most alongside small changes to how you sit and how often you get up β massage undoes the accumulation, it cannot outrun eight hours a day of the posture that caused it.
Many clients say it does, and poor sleep and body tension genuinely do feed each other, so easing one often helps the other. A late-afternoon or early-evening session tends to work best. We would not claim it treats insomnia β if sleep is a persistent problem, that is worth raising with a doctor.
Monthly suits most people as maintenance. If you are working through a stubborn area, a closer run of two or three sessions and then spacing out works better than one session and hoping. We do not sell packages, so there is no pressure to commit to a schedule before you know whether it helps.
It is a traditional technique using a smooth-edged tool drawn along the skin, and it long predates the jade-roller trend that made it famous. On the body it can help tight shoulders and upper back; on the face it is much lighter. It can leave temporary redness on body work. It is not for everyone β if you are on blood-thinning medication, have a skin condition or a recent injury, check with your doctor first and we will suggest something else.
No. You undress only to your comfort level and are covered with towels throughout, with just the area being worked on uncovered. It is a private room, and the therapist is always Ms Stella or Ms Vicki. If anything feels uncomfortable at any point, say so.
Avoid a heavy meal in the hour before, and drink water afterwards. If you can, do not schedule anything demanding straight after β the benefit lasts longer when you are not immediately back in traffic. Mild soreness the next day is normal after deeper work, much like after exercise.
