A Free, Ad-Free Revision Platform Built for the Cambridge Pathway
Aura Tycoon is a free, ad-free revision platform covering the Cambridge Lower Secondary through IGCSE pathway, starting with Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Year 7 content is live today, with Years 8–11 rolling out in stages. Students sign in with a Google account — there’s no separate password to create or lose — and the platform was designed and built in Malaysia, for Malaysian students working through the Cambridge curriculum.
How Does Aura Tycoon Actually Work?
The loop is the same whether you’re a parent trying to understand what your child is doing, or a student deciding whether to open the app tonight.
Study Vault
An untimed space to review a topic first, at the student’s own pace, before attempting questions.
Timed answer round
Questions come with a shrinking timer — enough pressure to build recall speed, not enough to punish a slow think.
Frenzy Mode
A correct answer unlocks a 10-second arcade round — one of eight mini-games, with more on the way. This is the immediate reward for getting it right.
Weakness Log
A wrong answer is filed permanently here, by subject and topic — it doesn’t vanish once the session ends, so nothing gets forgotten twice.
Aura Points & the Aura Store
Correct answers earn Aura Points, spent in a family-built Aura Store — a maximum of six rewards, each gated behind parent approval.
Leaderboard
Ranked on lifetime XP, not current balance — so spending points on a reward never costs a student their rank.
Parent Portal
Parents get visibility via a revocable six-character code — no separate parent account to set up or maintain.
